Fred Schnaubelt is a man of opinions. He is educated, well-read, politically active, savvy in business and knowledgeable about San Diego and San Diego County. He has been a Real Estate Broker for 39 years, has his own company and racked up  $255,000,000 in sales. He has been a past director of the San Diego Apartment Association and the Board of Realtors. Fred served as a City Councilman from 1977 to 1981. He was invited to testify before the U.S. President's Commission on Housing and the U.S. House of Representatives Banking Committee. He has also published over 100 articles on real estate issues and is a frequent guest on local radio stations.
